1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ai Advisors Romuald Członkowski ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of the n8n-mcp hosted service, available at https://n8n-mcp.com(the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Important: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
What We Provide
n8n-mcp is a hosted service that provides Model Context Protocol (MCP) access to n8n workflow automation capabilities. The Service allows you to:
- Create, read, update, and delete n8n workflows using natural language through AI assistants (Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.)
- Search and explore n8n nodes and their documentation
- Access pre-built workflow templates from n8n.io library
- Validate workflow configurations before deployment
- Manage your n8n instance through MCP-compatible tools
⚠️ CRITICAL: AI Agent Tooling and User Responsibility
n8n-mcp is a TOOL for AI agents. The Service provides an interface that allows AI agents (such as Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or other AI assistants) to interact with your n8n workflows.
We do NOT make decisions or changes to your workflows. The AI agent you deploy makes autonomous decisions based on its training, your instructions, and the context you provide.
YOU are fully responsible for:
- What your AI agent does with access to n8n-mcp
- All workflow changes, deletions, or modifications made by your AI agent
- Testing AI agent behavior before granting production access
- Monitoring AI agent actions and implementing safeguards
- Maintaining backups of critical workflows
- Any business interruption, data loss, or damages caused by AI agent actions
We are NOT responsible for:
- AI agent mistakes, hallucinations, or incorrect decisions
- Workflow damage or deletion caused by AI agent actions
- Data loss resulting from AI agent operations
- Unintended consequences of AI agent behavior
- Financial or business losses from AI agent errors
By using this Service, you acknowledge that you understand and accept full responsibility for AI agent actions performed through n8n-mcp. Use caution, implement safeguards, and test thoroughly.
Service Architecture
The Service operates as a bridge between MCP clients and your n8n instance:
- Multi-tenant backend: Hosted infrastructure that handles authentication, rate limiting, and API routing
- n8n instance connection: You provide your n8n instance credentials, which we encrypt and use to access your workflows on your behalf
- MCP protocol: Standardized interface for AI assistants to interact with external tools and data sources
Beta Status
The Service is currently in beta. This means:
- Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
- Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance or updates
- We appreciate your feedback and bug reports to help improve the Service
- Pricing and subscription tiers may change as we transition out of beta
3. User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account by authenticating through one of our supported OAuth 2.1 providers:

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information

API Key Management: The Service generates unique API keys (format: nmcp_xxx...) that you configure in your MCP client. These keys are stored hashed (SHA-256) and cannot be recovered if lost. You can generate new keys at any time from your dashboard.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion:
- Your user account and associated data will be immediately deleted
- Your API keys will be immediately revoked
- Your subscription (if any) will be canceled, and you will not be charged further
- 1-hour cooldown period: You cannot re-register with the same email for 1 hour (GDPR compliance requirement)
- Anonymous telemetry data will be deleted within 30 days (see Privacy Policy)
- We will provide you with a UUID to verify telemetry deletion (telemetry uses hashed user IDs that cannot be reverse-engineered)

Third-Party Service Responsibilities
Your n8n instance's connections to third-party services (e.g., Slack, Google Sheets, Notion) are subject to:
- The third-party service's own terms of service and privacy policy
- Any API usage limits imposed by the third-party service
- Your own credentials and authentication with the third-party service
- Your n8n instance configuration and settings
We are not responsible for:
- The availability, reliability, or security of your n8n instance
- The availability, reliability, or security of third-party services
- Any data loss or damages caused by your n8n instance or third-party services
- Changes to third-party APIs that may break your workflows
- Third-party service pricing or billing issues
- n8n.io cloud plan pricing or billing (you contract directly with n8n.io)
